Description

Material:

  • Unistrut channels are cold formed to size from low carbon strip steel.

  • All spot welded combination members are welded at 100mm maximum on centre.

  • STEEL: Plain
    2.5mm, 2.0mm and 1.5mm
    BS EN 10025 guaranteed minimum yield 0280N/mm2 and minimum UTS 370N/mm2.

  • STEEL: Pre-Galvanized
    2.5mm, 2.0mm and 1.5mm
    BS EN 10326 S280GD (1.0244).

  • STAINLESS STEEL:
    2.5mm, 2.0mm and 1.5mm
    BS EN 10088-2 1.4404 (316L).


Standard Lengths:

  • Standard lengths are 3mtrs and 6mtrs. Tolerances are +1%/-0. Special lengths are available, for a small cutting charge, with a tolerance of ±3.0mm.

Curved Channel:

  • Many Unistrut channel sections are available as curved pieces in both single and combination styles. Contact Unistrut Limited for further information.

Load Data:

  • All beam and column load data pertains to carbon steel channels. Load tables and charts are constructed to be in accordance with BS 5950:pt5:1998.
